Background: 

Michael S. Reid, CPA, is a shareholder with Watson & Associates, Inc. and has over fourteen years of professional experience.  He specializes in and has extensive experience in corporate, pass-through entity and individual taxation and planning.  Mike provides representation for clients before the IRS and is experienced in resolving issues with state and municipal taxing authorities, including, but not limited to, the Department of Taxation, Bureau of Workers Compensation and Department of Job and Family Services.     

Prior to joining Watson & Associates, Inc., Mike spent several years working in private industry, both with a Fortune 500 company, and small privately owned business.  His diverse background as an entrepreneur and business owner, coupled with his industry experience, allows him to provide his clients with a unique perspective and approach to tax planning and consulting.   

Mike and his wife, Julie, live in Dublin, Ohio, and have three sons, Jacob, Alexander and Cameran.  During his spare time, he enjoys golfing and working on the family farm located in Champaign County.
